We take the frames of honey from the hive, remove the wax cappings with a knife and spin out the honey, then it runs thru two stainless steel mesh filters to remove any debris & wax, leaving pure raw honey !

Our frames are hand made from machine cut NZ pine, side stapled for strength, hand wound and tensioned stainless steel wire embedded with pure Tasmanian wax foundation
